Our Program
Welcome to Music Together with Emily V in Carbondale, Colorado! We’re proud to offer the internationally acclaimed early childhood music program, Music Together® — a research-based, family-style class where parents, caregivers, and children sing, dance, and play together.
Since 1987, Music Together has introduced millions of families around the world to the joy and lasting benefits of early music-making. Each week in class, you’ll learn fun and developmentally appropriate songs, movement activities, and musical games you can bring into your everyday life, at home, in the car, or even while waiting in line at the grocery store. These musical moments not only support your child’s development but also deepen your bond and bring more laughter and connection into your family’s daily rhythm.
Unlike drop-off programs or daycare settings, Music Together is designed for you and your child to attend class together. Grownups are the most important music role models in the room, and our job is to support you in bringing music into your family’s life. It doesn’t matter if you think you “can’t sing” your child doesn’t need a professional performer; they need someone they love, modeling joyful musical participation.

So... What is Music Together®?
It’s right there in the name — Music Together is about doing music together as a family. In class, you'll sing, dance, play instruments, and explore rhythm with your little one by your side. This is a parent-child class, not a drop-off or daycare program. You don’t need any musical background, just a willingness to join in and have fun!
Our classes are inclusive and welcoming to all caregivers — moms, dads, grandparents, stepparents, foster parents, nannies, and more. If you love your little one and want to build a joyful, music-filled bond, this class is for you.
